Which devices work on the Free plan?
One POS tablet plus all the peripherals: printers, cash drawer, payment terminal, barcode scanner, and customer display. Kiosks and kitchen displays are Pro.
What happens to my extra tablets if I downgrade?
Nothing is ever deleted. The oldest tablets stay active up to your new plan's limit; the rest simply deactivate until you reactivate them.
Can receipts and kitchen tickets look different?
Yes. Print templates control what prints per purpose, and each printer gets its own assignment.
